Tall Oak Midcon Assets

 Tall Oak Midstream II’s existing Midcon System spans nine Oklahoma counties (Major, Dewey, Canadian, Kingfisher, Alfalfa, Woods, Garfield, Woodward and Blaine) and includes the following assets:

• Approximately 1,000+ miles of low- and high-pressure gas gathering lines,
• Eight compressor stations with a combined capacity of 280 MMscf/d,
• 240 MMscf/d of processing capacity and 10,000 bbls/d of condensate stabilization capacity at the Redcliff Cryogenic Plant,
• 60 MMscf/d of processing capacity and 10,000 bbls/d of condensate stabilization capacity at the Carmen Cryogenic Plant.

The Redcliff and Carmen plants serve natural gas production in the liquids-rich NW STACK play which includes the Meramec zone, the Osage zone and portions of the Cana Woodford shale play, with multiple residue and NGL outlets
