Mr. Stall works with Carlos Evans and Blake Burger in overseeing the business development and commercial gas supply efforts for Tall Oak. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics with finance applications from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He and his wife Hope have two children and live in Edmond, Oklahoma.
