Max J. Myers

Mr. Myers has more than 25 years of experience in the Energy sector. As Co-Founder and CFO of Tall Oak Midstream, Mr. Myers is responsible for leading the finance, accounting, M&A and risk management aspects of the company. Prior to forming Tall Oak, Mr. Myers was VP/Treasurer of OGE Energy Corp. In this role he had oversight responsibility for corporate development, cash management, corporate finance and insurance. OGE owns the regulated utility OG&E and previously had an ownership interest in Enable Midstream Partners.
Mr. Myers has an undergraduate degree in business with a concentration in geology and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Kansas. In Oklahoma City he currently serves as the Treasurer of Allied Arts and Treasurer of the American Energy Swim Club. He also serves on the board of several private companies including Sherwood Construction, Humphrey’s Capital Fund I and Infinity Capital. Mr. Myers and his wife Janie have two boys, ages 20 and 17 and live in Edmond, Oklahoma.
