Tall Oak Midstream was founded in early 2014 by a team of experienced executives with diverse and complementary backgrounds across the midstream and upstream sectors. With a firm belief in a set of core values and a dedication to creating a customer-driven company that operates with excellence as its standard and innovation as a requirement, the Tall Oak team provides oil and gas producers a full suite of midstream services custom designed to meet our customers' specific requirements and help achieve their business objectives. Proven Success
Tall Oak established an impressive footprint of gathering, processing and compression assets in Oklahoma's STACK and CNOW plays that included more than 500 miles of planned pipeline (375 miles in service), multiple compressor stations and 175 MMcf/d in processing capacity. These entities were sold to a subsidiary of EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE:ENLK) and EnLink Midstream, LLC (NYSE:ENLC) in January 2016.
Continued Growth
Tall Oak Midstream III, LLC, was formed in 2017 and operates a a rapidly growing system in McIntosh, Okfuskee, Hughes, Atoka, Coal, Pittsburg, Okmulgee and Seminole counties. With 400 MMcf/d of processing capacity.
